ABOUT TEAM EDEN

Eden was diagnosed 2 years ago but this has never stopped her from anything, if anything, it's propelled her to achieve things she may never have envisioned.

NONE of this would have been possible had it not been for her incredible friends who educated themselves, asked questions and are always supportive when things don't go right. Their parents too have been so understanding, knowing that a sleepover might mean a phone call at 4am asking them to wake Eden.

It all seems so seamless but any family who supports a child with Type 1 knows how much hard work goes into every minute of every day to make a day run as smooth as possible. No day is the same, no person is the same and nothing is easy.

Raising awareness is the best we can do and we are so grateful to Eden's friends who have chosen to give up their time in support of their friend helping to spread the word and to raise funds for this important cause.
