5km Walk Route
Please note the routes are subject to change, and suitable footwear and clothing is recommended.

Breakthrough T1D Tent:

Everyone is invited to come by the Breakthrough T1D Tent to learn more about Breakthrough T1D and how we are working to create a world without type 1 diabetes. We especially want to meet all our incredible type 1 participants who will receive a Superhero cape to wear, so everyone can celebrate the type 1 heroes we are walking for.

Children's activity area:

Visit the children's activity area and check out all the fun complete with inflatables, face painting and multiple activities that are open to everyone.

Pets:

The Breakthrough T1D One Walk is dog friendly! Leashed dogs who do well in large crowds are more than welcome to join you on the day.  They remain the responsibility of the owner and must be kept on the lead at all times.

Make every penny count

We ask that everyone taking part in One Walk Nottingham raises as much as they can for Breakthrough T1D. With your support, we are creating a movement to improve and change life with T1D, advancing breakthroughs on the way to cure the condition. When you sign up, a fundraising page will automatically be set up for you. Follow our tips below to help reach your fundraising target.

  1. Set a fundraising target. We recommend a target of £150, which you can increase if you reach your target early.
  2. Personalise your page. Share your story and why you are taking part in One Walk London and fundraising for Breakthrough T1D.
  3. Share the link to your fundraising page with friends, family, and colleagues on WhatsApp, email and/or on your social media channels.

Raise £150 or more and you will be entered into the One Walk East Midlands fundraiser prize draw.
