Monday 27th Apr My family and i are walking for breakthrough t1d in support of my 3 year old daughter, freya who was diagnosed on 25th March 2025 just before her second birthday, she is over a year into her journey and as a family we are so proud of how far she has come and how well she has took it on, over the past year she has faced daily challenges with so much strength and braveness, we are walking to raise awareness and to raise funds towards vital research to help find better treatments and maybe even one day a cure, any support means the absolute world to me and my family. ♡ ShareThank you to my Sponsors
