We're stronger together

I’m taking part in One Walk Manchester to help raise money to fund life-changing research and make a difference to the lives of people affected by type 1!

Breakthrough T1D funds world-class research, supports the T1D community and campaigns for broader NHS provision of treatments and technologies. Their collaborations with the best researchers in the world have led to new developments in diabetes technology and treatment.

This is where you come in. With your support and your generous donations, we can fund Breakthrough T1D’s important work.

Gabriela is 9 years old, and she was diagnosed with diabetes three years ago. Despite her condition, she remains a very positive and energetic child who loves staying active and enjoys gymnastics.
There are days that can be really challenging, but we are incredibly grateful for the support, understanding, and kindness we receive from our family, friends, and the wonderful teachers at St Marie’s R C Primary School in Bury ❤️
This will be our next walk with the diabetes community, and we are keeping our fingers crossed that together we can raise as much as possible to support those living with diabetes.
