Help me find a cure for T1 diabetes
Tuesday 19th MayHello, my name is Suraya. I’m 8 years old and I’ve got type 1 diabetes. The hardest thing is that I can get quite emotional when my blood sugar levels are too high or too low. Lots of the school staff have have had special diabetes training which means they can take good care of me whilst I’m at school. I have really supportive friends that help me and are understanding and caring towards me and they have stayed my friends since before my diagnosis. I hope one day that there will be a cure for type 1 diabetes. On 20th June me and my mummy are doing a 5k walk to raise money for Breakthrough T1D. Please can you help by sponsoring me to reach my goal?
