Dw i wedi cofrestru ar gyfer y Treiathlon Rhithwir gyda Breakthrough T1D (yr elusen diabetes math 1). Rhwng 1 Chwefror a 29 Mawrth, bydda i'n nofio, beicio a rhedeg i godi arian i ariannu gwyddoniaeth feddygol ar gyfer iachâd ar gyfer diabetes math 1 (T1D). Mae Breakthrough T1D yn ariannu ymchwil o safon fyd-eang, yn cefnogi cymuned T1D ac yn ymgyrchu dros ddarpariaeth ehangach o driniaethau a thechnolegau gan y GIG. Beth bynnag y gallwch ei roi, mae'n cael ei werthfawrogi'n fawr. Diolch yn fawr!

I've signed up for the Virtual Triathlon with Breakthrough T1D (the type 1 diabetes charity). Between 1 February and 29 March, I'll be swimming, cycling and running to raise money to fund medical science for a cure for type 1 diabetes (T1D). Breakthrough T1D funds world-class research, supports the T1D community and campaigns for wider NHS provision of treatments and technologies. Whatever you can give is greatly appreciated. Thank you very much!
