I’m joining Team Breakthrough T1D conquering the Yorkshire Three Peaks Trek on Saturday 18 April. I’ll be trekking knowing I'm helping make a difference to the lives of people living with type 1.which includes my grandsons who battle every day with T1D since 7 years old we are very proud of them as they are now 22 and 19 years of age and are wonderful young men
Breakthrough T1D fund world-class research that one day will cure, treat and prevent type 1 diabetes and its complications. Breakthrough T1D also support the type 1 community and campaign for broader access to life-changing treatments. Their collaborations with the best researchers in the world have led to new developments in diabetes technology and treatment.
