Our amazing granddaughter Phoebe
Monday 7th Apr Our granddaughter Phoebe was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes about 2 years ago. Living with diabetes is not easy but Phoebe has been very brave and faced all the challenges with courage and determination. She is amazing and we are very proud of her. We are doing the One Walk Falkirk to raise money to help with further research into this condition. ShareThank you to my Sponsors
