The Lanham's One Walk for Breakthrough T1D
In April 2023 we found out Matthew has Type 1 Diabetes. Since then he's shown us how resilient and strong he is and how he wants to help to make a difference for people like him living with Type 1.
As a family we're taking part in One Walk London (10km) to help raise money to fund life-changing research and make a difference to the lives of people affected by type 1!
Breakthrough T1D funds world-class research, supports the T1D community and campaigns for broader NHS provision of treatments and technologies. Their collaborations with the best researchers in the world have led to new developments in diabetes technology and treatment.
