Tuesday 29th AprThis walk is for all the brave individuals living with Type 1 Diabetes—the children, adults, families and carers who face its challenges every day with strength and determination. T1D (Type 1 Diabetes) is often misunderstood; it has nothing to do with diet or sugar. It’s an autoimmune condition that can affect anyone, at any age, and it requires constant, round-the-clock management. I’m walking to raise awareness, support vital research, and move closer to a future where T1D is easier to live with—and, hopefully, one day, curable. Every step taken and every pound raised brings us closer. Thank you for supporting all the T1D warriors out there. They are some of the strongest people I’ve ever witnessed.
