Walking for Taylor and All T1D Warriors
Sunday 8th Jun In 2021, our lives changed when Taylor was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes. At just 7 years old, he faced a world of finger pricks, insulin injections, and constant blood sugar checks.Since then, he's shown incredible resilience—moving from multiple daily injections to managing his condition with an insulin pump. It hasn’t been easy, but Taylor faces each day with courage, strength, and a smile.
Now, as a Youth Ambassador for JDRF, Taylor is using his journey to raise awareness and inspire others. He speaks up, shares his story, and helps bring hope to families like ours.
We’re taking part in the JDRF One Walk London not just for Taylor, but for the millions affected by type 1 diabetes. Every step we take brings us closer to better treatments, prevention—and one day, a cure.
